About Me
I'm Arran Barrie, a 15 year old Explorer Scout with the BruwSett, part of the 17th West Lothian Scout Group. I've been through Beavers from age 6, then Cubs, Scouts and now Explorers. Scouting has given me many skills and has allowed me to take part in events such as the International Jamborette in Blair Atholl. Blair was a great experience, meeting many international Scouts.
I sail boats, ski when I get the chance, walk the Scottish Munros, play pickleball, badminton and table tennis. At school, PE is my thing and when not at school, the outdoors is where I'm at my best. I train with and play rugby for Linlithgow RFC. My next adventure is Blair Atholl in 2026, then the pinacle of Scouting, the World Scout Jamboree in Poland in the summer of 2027.
